SYL series monofilament production line produced by our factory is designed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of China's plastic industry. It has reasonable design, simple structure, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance, stable operation, sensitive and reliable control. It is suitable for drawing round monofilament of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), nylon (PA) and other thermoplastic plastics.
The monofilament produced by this equipment is mainly used for knitting various ropes, fishing nets, various protective nets and other fields.
The main engine is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the high temperature melt pressure and a tachometer to display the screw speed. The linear speed of each roller can be displayed by speedometer, the drawing ratio can be set and adjusted conveniently, and the speed of each single roller can be adjusted separately.
The system of the unit is controlled by microcomputer. Each unit can be controlled centrally and operated separately. The speed of the whole unit can be increased or decreased synchronously.

According to the requirements of round yarn production process, the production line is composed of extruder, filter device, spinning die head, cooling water tank, draught machine, hot water extension box, setting machine, winding machine, waste yarn winding machine, other auxiliary machines, pneumatic parts and electrical control system.

Within one week after everything ready (machine arrival your factory, non-woven material, power source, air compressor etc. Prepared)
2. How many days will you finish installing?
We will finish installation and training within 15 days.
3. What should we charge for your engineer?
You should charge for the cost of our engineer's air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 80USD one day per person.
4. How long is your machine's warranty period?
All our machine has one year guarantee for electricity parts and two years guarantee for mechanism, starting from finished installation.
5. How could you do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date
6. How could you do after one year warranty period?
We also can-do service for you, but you need pay salary for our technicians 80USD/day for each person.
7. What is your terms of payment ?
30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
